Class Options
Styles of Yoga offered
Mellow Mondays - Weekly
Following the Fringe.Yoga method, my style is slower-paced yoga classes offering a calm, supportive space for you to breathe, move and reconnect with You.
Mellow Mondays - Monthly Chill
These deeply relaxing classes are a combination of therapeutic Yin and Restorative Yoga.
Yin is a slow-paced and nurturing style of yoga focussing on holding poses for several minutes to target the deeper connective tissue as well as hydrate the body’s fascial network. This practice allows time to yield into each pose and enter a calm and meditative state of mind.
Yoga for Cancer Support
Classes currently available at:
St Margaret’s Hospital, Epping - a free 6-week programme for those undergoing treatment) at PAH
The Rivers Hospital, Sawbridgeworth - free weekly classes for those undergoing treatment at Rivers.
Thursdays in Hatfield Heath - Yoga support for those living with Metastatic/Secondary Cancer.
Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays in Hatfield Heath - booked as a private 1:1 or Group class in person or via Zoom.
Classes are adapted to each stage of where you are in your own diagnosis. We focus on breath work, gentle movement, building strength, stimulating the lymphatic system and relaxation to assist with recovery from surgery and ease the side effects of treatment / long term medication. Alternatively, a more restorative practice to calm the breath and allow the body to relax on a deeper level.
